2023 PRM Charges proposal

A public hearing for Fiumicino and Ciampino airport users in the framework of annual consultation is planned for November 24th 2022.

We publish relevant information material on state of capital expenditures development, traffic forecasts and general information underpinning ADR's 2023 regulated charges' proposal

 

On January 31st 2023 ADR hosted a public hearing for Fiumicino and Ciampino users in the framework of annual consultations.

Please note that in response to users' request, ADR has extended deadline for consultation's contributions to February 13.

On 9 March, a second public hearing was held as part of the consultation procedure on 2023 regulated charges update (FCO and CIA). Minutes of the meeting are now available:

 

 

ADR is fully aware of the complexity of the overall regulatory framework and in particular of the matter of FCO boarding pax charges re-determination to reflect passengers with UK destinations becoming part of non-EU on which users addressed several queries and is glad to provide one more users’ meeting to share outputs and thoughts (please see email invitation). In order to ensure the widest possible participation and debate, the following documents are published:

With reference to the procedure for the revision of airport charges, we inform you that, as a result of the consultation between AdR and users held through December 2022 and April 2023 and following the communication of ART prot. n. 0028498 of 13 july 2023, effective from 1 October 2023 – ie. 60 days after this communication – the relevant charges for the services subject to economic regulation for FCO and CIA airports will be those available on the company website at the following link
