Conditions of Use

Use of the website www.adr.it, property of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. (hereinafter also “ADR”), implies the user’s acceptance of the following conditions.

Failure to comply with these may lead to blocked access and – in breaches of legal regulations – reports sent to the competent authorities.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content, including multimedia, on the www.adr.it website is protected by intellectual and/or industrial property law. The content featured in advertisements or the information shown to the user by the service is protected by provisions on copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual and/or industrial property rights.

Unless expressly authorised by ADR, the user undertakes not to modify or use (for free or at a charge) the content on the website for commercial purposes in any way. Printing, reproducing or saving documents, individual parts or extracts of the website is strictly permitted for personal use or purposes relating to the user’s company organisation (e.g. pages from the “for business” and “corporate” sections). Any kind of link to this website must not cause damage to the image or activities of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. 

The user is also prohibited to use the trademarks, logos, identification elements and all company names used by Aeroporti di Roma and on the site to promote his/her services without prior written consent from ADR. Any other trademarks and identification elements featured on the pages of the site (e.g. airline company logos) belong to the respective holders. In any case, those who intend to use the content of the website may request to do so through the Feedback page.

The publication of contributions, analyses, articles and all works in general on the www.adr.it website has been approved by the respective authors, the holders of all moral and economic rights pursuant to the law on copyright and related rights (Italian Law 633/1941). The reproduction and any other form of public disclosure of the afore-mentioned works (even in part) without the author’s permission is punishable under Articles 171, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of the above Law. The user is permitted to cite the work for scientific purposes and to reproduce it, even partially, for educational use.

 

Limitation of Liability

Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. takes the utmost care and diligence when managing the website and checking and updating its content.

Information on flight timetables at Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports – including take-off time, check-in time, boarding time, delays, cancellations and arrival time – is inserted by the individual airline company and may be subject to change without notice from that company. ADR is not responsible for the content of this information and is therefore not liable towards the users of the site for any errors, mistakes or omissions, nor for damage (direct, indirect or consequential) deriving from the use of this information.

The adr.it website may provide information via links to other sites or content available on the internet. Nevertheless, ADR has limited control over the content of those sites or resources and is therefore not responsible for the services, information or anything else offered by those sites or external resources.

Nor is ADR responsible in the event of the user’s failure to use the website, of delays to updates to information, or of damages deriving from any interruptions, suspensions, delays or anomalies in the connection to the website. ADR reserves the right to interrupt, suspend and/or revoke – at any time and by virtue of its final and discretionary decision – access and use of the website.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

For any other dispute that may arise in relation to the use of the website or to these conditions of use, the user accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian State, the application of Italian law and, independently of the user’s residence or offices, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome (Italy).
