Relevance Matrix - AEROPORTI DI ROMA
For Aeroporti di Roma it is fundamental that it concentrates its commitment on the environmental, social and economic priorities defined by the stakeholders. Relevance analysis is the tool for identifying those priorities, by analysing not only the point of view of the organisation but also that of the stakeholders.
The first relevance matrix was processed in 2015, by sending a questionnaire to a significant sample of stakeholders (association of consumers, bodies of the public administration, employees, etc.), and to management. In 2019, the relevance matrix was updated based on the results highlighted by the benchmark analysis of the major European airports.
